A Handler Is Needed To Use This Content Type

This error means that your phone cannot play the format of the ringtone you are attempting to download.

On some Sprint phones, ringtones can only be stored and saved in QCP format.
You can use our free service to Create Ringtones for free from mp3 files.

After you have successfully created the mp3 ringtone, use our Free Uploader to send and convert your mp3 ringtone, into a QCP format one which your sprint phone will be able to handle and store.

The following is a sample of step by step instructions on how to successfully load QCP format sprint ringtones.

Sprint Ringtone Instructions

1. Use Ventones to create your ringtone and send it to your phone.
2. Go to your Phone's menu by clicking the middle button labeled Menu
3. Scroll up to Messaging and click on it.
4. Scroll to Text Messages and click on it.
5. Scroll to Inbox and click on it.
6. Open the text message from support@ventones.
7. Click on the top right soft menu which corresponds to Options
8. Click on Go which is option #1.
9. Since your download is not from Sprin't site, click on Continue when you see the warning that this is a non-trusted file.
10. Observe the progress bar and wait for your free ringtone to download.
11. Now you have 3 options:
    1. Listen
    2. Set As
    3. Shop
12. Scroll to Listen and click on it.
13. Once you are happy with your free ringtone from Ventones click on the top right button labeled Stop
14. Scroll to Set As and click on it.
15. Scroll to Caller ID and click on it.
16. Your phone is now set to the ringtone that you created with Ventones.
